Are pets allowed?

Small pets (under 10kg) are allowed at the hotel at no extra cost. Please bear in mind that they are your responsibility.

Pets are not permitted in common areas.

How do I get to the hotel?

The Ours Blanc Hotel & Spa is located at the top of Les Menuires ski resort, in the Reberty district, which is easily accessible by any mode of transport.

Will my room be cleaned during my stay?

Your room will be cleaned between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If you do not want to be bothered, remember to hang the “Do not disturb” sign on your doorknob. Flip it over to indicate that your room is ready to be cleaned.

Do the rooms have safes?

There is a safe in each of our rooms, protected by a secret code. Please leave your valuables in your safe before leaving your room.

Which payment methods does the hotel accept?

You can pay by Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, Apple Pay, cash, holiday vouchers or meal vouchers.

Does the hotel accept holiday vouchers?

Yes, we accept Chèques Vacances holiday vouchers but only on-site. You cannot use holiday vouchers to pay the deposit.

Is smoking/vaping allowed at the hotel?

The entire hotel is non-smoking (including the common areas, the terrace, the rooms and the balconies). Smoking risks a fine of €150.

Can I park at the hotel?

The hotel has a free private car park. Subject to availability when you arrive. You can also leave your vehicle at one of the resort’s nearby car parks.

For car parks which are farther from the hotel, the resort’s free shuttle service will drop you off in the centre of town.

What time is check-in?

Our rooms are available at 4 pm.
If you arrive before 4 pm, you can safely store your bags in our luggage room.
While you wait for your room to be ready, enjoy our facilities: bar, spa, restaurant and more.Our hotel is open 24/7.

What time is check-out?

Our rooms must be vacated by 11 am.
After checking out, you can store your bags in our luggage room to make the most of your last day in Les Menuires.

Does the hotel have a luggage room?

Yes. All of the hotel’s guests can use our luggage room before check-in or after check-out.

Does the hotel have a transfer service?

We can arrange for your private or shared transfers to and from the airport in Lyon or Geneva. For more information, please contact our concierge service at reservation@hotel-ours-blanc.com.

How do I get to the different ski areas?

The Ours Blanc Hotel & Spa is located at the foot of the slopes. Les 3 Vallées is easy to reach from the hotel.

Does Les Menuires resort offer a shuttle service?

A free shuttle services the Ours Blanc bus stop every 20 minutes.

Free shuttles are at your disposal to get around between the different districts of the resort and between the villages in the valley.

Can I buy ski passes at the hotel?

The hotel’s reception can sell you passes for the ski lifts throughout Les 3 Vallées.

Can I hire/buy ski gear at the hotel?

Our partner ski shop hires out cutting edge equipment, including all the apparel and accessories you’ll need for a day in the snow.

Can I store my ski gear at the hotel?

A ski room with private lockers is available for free at the hotel.

What time is breakfast?

The breakfast buffet is open every morning from 7 to 10 am.
It is served in the restaurant as a full buffet, with hot, cold, savoury and sweet options.

When is the Ours Blanc terrace open?

La Terrasse de l'Ours Blanc is open for lunch from 12 pm to 2.30 pm.

Lunch is served in the hotel’s restaurant and, on sunny days, on the terrace.

What time is dinner?

Our restaurant is open from 7 to 9 pm, serving a buffet with a variety of products.

What time is the bar open?

Our bar is open daily from 10 am to 11pm.

The wellness area is free to enter between 10 am and 8 pm for all hotel guests. At 6.00 pm, it becomes an adult-only space (16 years and older).

The spa is a dedicated wellness and relaxation area. Please respect the quiet nature of this space. Remember to bring your swimsuit/trunks. You can book treatments in advance here.

For reasons of hygiene, we recommend wearing a short swimsuit.
