At the Ours Blanc Hotel & Spa, what matters most comes down to a few simple things: an authentic and fair way of doing things. Working alongside the Assas Hotels group, the establishment is moving towards a more responsible approach to hospitality, mindful of its Alpine region and those who bring it to life.

Living sustainably in our region

In the heart of the Trois Vallées, the Ours Blanc’s commitment is expressed through simple actions, everyday choices and the care we show for those who bring the mountains to life. It is a way of offering more mindful, enjoyable and sustainable stays, without compromising on comfort or the experience.

A place to live

At high altitude, balance is precious. Renovated in 2021, the hotel is committed to the long term to better manage its resources and reduce its footprint, season after season.

In the valley, connections are forged. The hotel builds relationships of trust with its partners and suppliers, whilst engaging with the local initiatives that help the region thrive.

Our actions

A cosy bar lounge that supports biodiversity

At the Ours Blanc Hotel & Spa, the charity cocktail is now on the menu: for every order, €2 is donated to the Centre de Sauvegarde Tétras Libre, which rescues, cares for and rehabilitates wild animals in distress before releasing them back into the wild. A simple and friendly way to protect local wildlife.

Seasonal cuisine
Whether for breakfast or our main courses, we prioritise home-made dishes and seasonal produce, prepared to the highest standards, in keeping with the spirit of the establishment and the identity of each restaurant. Our meat, sourced from France, comes from animals born, reared and slaughtered in France.
